HOW MANY @needohofficial DID YOU SPOT IN THIS VID?? 📝 A few things to note about my raves: 1) hot stickers out, cat stickers in 2) all raves moving forward, i’ll raffle things. mainly @traderjoes bags. i’m the plug jk 3) workouts are before the rave 4) yes you can just show up wearing whatever you want, most are wearing “athleisure” 5) bring the vibes and tell all your friends But on a grateful note: today is a big rave for me. The most RSVP’s I’ve had for my gym. Of course I’ve done one with over 500+ rsvps at another gym.. BUT this one is here @fytgym 🥹 so I’m very grateful for you all and excited to see all of you TODAY!. And yes, It’ll be a vibe today. See you there 🫡 Link in bios.

WE BRING THE FITNESS FESTIVAL TO YOU. 🔊 @drinkwaveswater is a wellness-focused water company bringing fitness, community, and nightlife together through OC GYM RAVE. As a gym owner myself, I created these events to bring people together while supporting mental health and donating back to mental health causes. We handle the FULL production + marketing: DJs, sound & lighting, vendors, run clubs, fitness classes, promotion, content + event execution. Your space, our production. We’re looking for more gyms & studios as we expand to 2+ events per month. Want to see it in person? This Saturday August 29 — OC GYM RAVE Vol. 5. Yes, this is our 5th gym/studio rave! RSVP free —> drinkwaveswater.com/rsvp And no, we don’t just do “OC” area. Expanding to LA soon 👀 🏋️ Gym/studio owners: comment “RAVE” or DM us. 👇 Everyone else: TAG a gym or studio we should bring this to next. #OCGymRave #FitnessFestival #GymOwners #FitnessCommunity #WellnessEvents

An enchantress who plays with fire or am I more than HEATS 🔥 the eye? 🙈🙈🙈 I liked this audio and one of the things I’m not used to as a performance artist and dancer is how much effort goes into social media! When I knew I needed to get focus on my body I asked @mon.the.maker to start coaching me and she had space for me as a client! I invested more into my body and wouldn’t you know I had less injuries! (Seriously 💪🏽) When I wanted to up my game in any discipline I didn’t think it was inaccessible but I honestly did not realize the evolution of the world was going to include social media so here’s to me posting this week 🙏🏽🔥 thank you I’m doing my Baja best
