Had a fabulous time in Nashville this past weekend. Made a brief visit to @willowpilatesstudio for an amazing tower class with @monalisapilates I always enjoy Lisa’s teaching style and the energy of a tower class. PLUS I got to spend time with my #1 true Pilates love, @gratz_pilates equipment. If you find yourself in Nashville, definitely come take a class (or a private session) at Willow! Also, don’t forget there is still time to register for tonight’s virtual mat class!

Today’s my two year anniversary of graduating from Pilates teacher training in Nashville. Thanks @b.w.fitness & @willowpilatesstudio fam for letting basically live at the studio (or @monalisapilates’ house) for a year! Thank you!
