Creating, innovating, and inventing are some of my most favorite things to do in my role as founder and ceo of @pla_lash @pla_nails @tadbeautyshop.

I find there is something so satisfying about being able to not only make something that has never been created before, but then perfect it to help beauty professionals and lash lovers at home create with it as well.

So much more goes into product development than most people know, especially if you are starting from scratch. Glad I get to have fun with it and @monarchlashco, along with the hard work! 💕💕💕

For a long time, I was perfectly happy lashing every day and doing my thing, but eventually I started feeling like I needed more. I didn’t know what “more” was, I just knew there was this little void I couldn’t figure out how to fill.

Then I found out about this thing called @thelashconference.

My lash artist and I bought tickets to go together, buut then she found out she was having a baby the same week, which meant I was going solo. 😅

I wanted to back out SO many times. I didn’t know a single person going, any “lash influencers” or really any brands besides PLA. (The first 2 pictures are from last year’s LashCon with Michelle & Erin from PLA, two of the only people I even knew of going in. 🥹)

But I knew I needed to go, so I went. Alone. 😅

It forced me to put myself out there, start conversations, sit at tables where I didn’t know anyone, ask questions & make myself uncomfortable. & somewhere along the way I realized I was not only doing it, but surviving. 🤣

1 year later, one of the biggest things I’ve learned is to just put yourself in the room. Going alone was the last thing I wanted to do, but looking back, it was exactly what I needed to become this version of myself, and because I did it, I found the “more” I’d been looking for.

Community. 🤍

I didn’t need more from lashing, I needed people around me who understood it, people I could learn from, look up to, support & be supported by, and now I get to call so many of them my friends. 🥹

Going to LashCon this year was SO fun because I couldn’t wait to reconnect with the friends I made last year, meet & connect with new faces, and even get to be a part of someone else’s first LashCon experience too. 🥹

These pictures felt full circle, but I have endless others I could’ve posted with people I’ve connected with over the last year.

I’m so grateful for LashCon for putting me in those rooms, & to be part of the PLA Powered Trainer community and for the education, support & friendships that have come within it. (The last 2 pictures are from this year with some of the trainers who were there. 💞)

I PROMISE…THIS IS THE LAST LASHCON DUMP 🤭

words can’t explain how much this years LashCon is going to leave an impact on my career. from the people I met and introduced myself to, the education rooms I placed myself in to grow, and the education I PERSONALLY GOT TO SHARE with other amazing lash artists. this is where I know im meant to be. I’ve dreamt of being in rooms like this.

industries like this are hard, no sugar coating it at all, but if you place yourself in rooms filled with positive, goal setting, bad asses, you’ll never be let down.

I NEED to express how grateful I am for @pla_lash for allowing me to have the opportunity to be a demo at our booth. I got to share my love of Korean Lash Lifts and the methods behind the art. Being a @platrainers has opened up so much opportunity for me as a lash artist. seeing the excitement on other artists face is what I lash for! The growth this industry provides is indescribable 😭

I can’t wait to learn and grow more and share the aloha of lashes with everyone. 🥹

This year, the Lash Hero Villa has a new name, a new lineup, and a whole new round of hot lash topics, all focused on the trends taking over 2026.
