The energy at Ground & Sound was something special.

Freedom in the movement, peace in the stillness, and genuine connection in the moments in between.

No pressure to perform or be anything other than yourself. Just good people and space to be present.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with an open mind and helped make this experience beautiful. And to our facilitator @ohuru_yoga , our team, and the brands who helped bring the thoughtful details to life.

This is community. This is authentiCITY

There’s community in LA. You just have to find it.

Still feeling the energy from Ground & Sound. The freedom, the stillness, the laughter, and the genuine connection. Such a beautiful reminder of what happens when we create space to simply be.

To everyone who came out, thank you for showing up, bringing your energy, and being part of this experience. You are what makes this community special.

A special thank you to @ohuru_yoga for guiding us through such a beautiful sound bath, and to @seoullicoffee , @vegobears , and @lacolombecoffee for adding a little extra love to the experience.

Grateful for this community and everything we’re building together.

authentiCITY: Ground & Sound

A fall morning of movement, sound, and connection. A little movement. A deep exhale. Space to come as you are.

Join authentiCITY for a fall reset outdoors, with grounding somatic movement, gentle breathwork, and an immersive sound bath with @ohuru_yoga

We’ll slow down, tune into our bodies, and make room for connection with ourselves and each other. Afterward, stay for coffee, pastries, and conversation.

Come solo or bring a friend. No experience needed, just a willingness to settle in and try something new.

• Grounding breath work and somatic movement
• A little dance and room to loosen up
• A relaxing sound bath
• Intentional connections, sips

Sunday, October 18 | 10:00 AM
Griffith Park - Los Angeles, CA

Bring: A yoga mat, water, and a blanket or layers so you can get comfortable. A phone-light morning. Community over clout.

We’re not just creating events.
We’re creating spaces where people can show up as themselves, have real conversations, and leave feeling a little less alone.

In a city that can feel disconnected, community matters.

This is authentiCITY. 💜
