Some trips in life really to teach you so much more than you think. The Power of having good people around you. Surrounding yourself in places of love and peace. The art of not giving a fuck what people think.

One month long trip turned into years of wisdom to take forward in life with me. What a beautiful feeling. And of course to all of the people that have been here along the way. Love you all❤️ Back to the grind we go📸

Building a sustainable coaching business is a challenge for so many, not because of a lack of knowledge or resources…

But the tunnel vision that comes from not being able to work on the business because you’re so deep within the business.

Now, @monicapurch had already built an incredible service when we first started working together A huge array of great client results. Pre-built authority on social media.

But her biggest problem was struggling to understand what her next steps were when it came to growing her coaching, because she was too busy building fantastic results and not being able to see the full visibility of the business from a role of a founder.

Coaching doesn’t just change you physically.
It changes how you operate mentally.

Monica doesn’t just look different.
She holds herself to a higher standard now.

That shift is why the last year changed everything for her.

• Lost 8kg of body fat
• Quit PureGym and built her own business
• Built the confidence and discipline needed to become who she’s always wanted to be

No more slacking.
No more putting things off.

Just consistent action and higher expectations of herself.

That’s what real coaching does.
It raises the standard you live by.

Imagine working with 3 different coaches… and still hating your body.

Monica had worked with 3 coaches. Yet nothing changed. She still felt miserable and stuck, hated her body, and was convinced she was just lazy.

Every failed attempt with past coaches chipped away at her confidence and belief she could see herself with defined quads and a slim figure.

Her realisation that she needed to find someone better?

“None of them taught me f* all.”

That was the turning point. Something had to change, because staying stuck meant staying miserable.

She needed a coach who actually put effort into helping her level up, rather than chucking her another generic training plan.

What changed wasn’t another training plan. It was finally having the basics put in the right order.

We built routines she could actually stick to and tailored the plan in a way that made training and dieting feel easier instead of harder.

Once those foundations were in place, everything else started to click.

✅ She learned more in months than with 3 coaches combined.

✅ She became confident in her own body and in her own coaching ability.

✅ She dropped to her lowest weight in the past 5 years and actually started enjoying her cardio routine rather than dreading it.

The woman who once felt miserable and stuck is gone. In her place is someone unrecognisable. In control, confident, and knowing she can achieve exactly what she wants.

If you feel stuck like Monica once did and know something has to change, DM me the word “RESET” and let’s map out your next step.

Back in April, Monica wanted one thing: to feel confident on her holiday at the end of this year.

She was training hard, but her energy was low, recovery was off, and results weren’t showing.

Fast forward to now

She’s stronger, leaner, and locked TF in!

Her body has changed, yes, but so has her mindset. She’s structured, consistent, and walking into her holiday feeling in control.

This isn’t just about looking good.

It’s about building confidence that lasts beyond one trip.

Want to achieve the same?

DM “RECOMP” and I’ll show you how to do so.
