On February 2, Jason Taylor Foundation Vice President, @monicalaurentaylor hosted her second annual @monicasrunway event aboard the stunning @celebritycruises Ascent. Not only were significant and necessary funds raised for our Jason Taylor Reading Room, but Monica also has created a space for dynamic, talented, successful women to organize and celebrate philanthropy and each other.

One of the many special elements of Monica’s Runway is that the models are all young women once impacted by our organization. This year, Nyah Hardmon (@nyahterrilyn ) performed her original poem dedicated to the event and the women who make it a reality.

Please enjoy this video recap, shot by @enri.story, and narrated by Nyah’s performance of “Good Will”.

Nothing sweeter than spending time with the incredible teachers and students at the @jtfoundation99 Reading Room 🖤📚 The JTF Reading Room is a free, comprehensive after-school program designed to address academic challenges among educationally disadvantaged youth, particularly in the area of literacy.

I’m honored that @monicasrunway will support this mission. We are just a few weeks away from our 2nd annual event. Tickets and partnership opportunities are available now and selling out — link in bio!

Another @monicasrunway photo dump!❤️

It was such a beautiful experience! I love and will forever be bonded to all the amazing women I had the honor of walking the runway with.

A personal thank you to Monica and all the organizers who made this initiative possible. Your efforts and thoughtful touches definitely do not go unnoticed!

One week ago, we held our first ever @monicasrunway Fashion Show for a Cause luncheon, benefiting the @jtfoundation99 Reading Room and it was spectacular! ✨ I am so grateful for our friends at @celebritycruises and @cruiseplanners for hosting us and so many other amazing partners who came out to support this inaugural event. Our models, each of whom came up through the Foundation, were fabulous and I could not have asked for a better start to this new initiative 🖤 Can’t wait until next year!
