Today we’re launching PRIMAL.

An experimental fiction film exploring the possibility of a community living entirely within the forest canopy directed by @milamilr

This July, our team of filmmakers, climbers, movement artists and musicians will travel to France for a three-week experimental development phase, testing movement, sound, filmmaking techniques and temporary structures within the trees 🌳

We’re not just preparing, we’re building the film world itself.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing the process as we build PRIMAL together.

If this is a project that resonates with you, then we’d love for you to follow our journey, share it with others, and help us bring it to life.

A lot of engineering design is about trade offs. Sometimes it is just possible to do things differently and better. We're pleased to announce the new DXL system, please check out our YouTube channel for a full explanation, the video will premiere tomorrow morning.

A lovely way to end the year, minus getting really ill afterwards (not a hangover 🤣). I couldn't have asked for a more lovely kind of night with my favourite people 🥰.

All our production parts are CNC machined, but for making one off prototypes then it's time to go old school, fire up the manual machines and make it snow aluminium shavings!

Parkour Saturday "Sod the wind and rain!"
We were only here two weeks ago but with crazy wind and rain hitting the UK today we all decided to 'sod that!' and head up the motorway to the indoor delights of NovaCity for the Saturday session of Parkour fun.
Just like two weeks ago we got into various challenges with everyone finding lots to work on. I went back to the 180 cat challenge at height which felt even more locked in today. Great to get some practice on it again along with working on 180 precision's which are still not quite in my comfort zone. Ended up destroying myself repping palm spins on a block on the sprung floor. So 'nearly' got it fully vertical but there is still something that stops me committing when it's not tilted. More to work on.
Amazing atmosphere as aways with some faces from the Parkour community we haven't seen for a while like the absolute gentleman of Parkour - @lorianbiet - who is always lovely to catch up with (though it seems we only see each other once a year about this time!), the absolute jump destroying legend @jordansure , the Monkey Man @monkeyman.sean and the always impressively inspirational powerhouse @heyitstayyoo.
Hopefully some dry weather next week for the annual Parkour santa hat photo but I'm sure we'll be back to Nova before long as it's always such a great session with great people!
