The end of summer marks the beginning of something new.

Between new flavours, new places, fresh ideas, and inspiration found along the way, a different rhythm begins.

Oslos mest bougie lunsj? Jaassss!

MÅ tilbake for middagen, for holy fuck, Mon Oncle, iluuu.

🍴 10/10 wowowow. Full spa-treatment for sjelen
💸 1350 for lunsjmenyen og 1200 for vinpairing. Ost og champagne koster ekstra. Men unn dere dette, babes.

P.s. er du under 30 har de en egen godt

Cocina francesa contemporánea. Delicada, bonita (presentación y vajilla) y perfectamente ejecutada.

Oslo left us with something more than a four-hands dinner.

Sharing the kitchen with @mononcle.oslo and @dimitriveith gave us the opportunity to connect through a common background, exchange ideas, techniques and different ways of understanding our craft.

Our paths have evolved differently, but both share a clear French influence. At PABÚ, that heritage is expressed through purity, technique and extreme seasonality; at Mon Oncle, through a cuisine where French foundations meet Norwegian sensitivity and detail.

That shared root became the starting point for the evening: two fine-dining houses, both conceived as places that welcome guests like a home, coming together around one table for one night.

We leave Oslo with inspiration, learning and wonderful people. Thank you to Dimitri Veith and the entire Mon Oncle team for making us feel at home, so far away from it.
