Slushgeng #Buugeng 🌀 Drops this FRIDAY ⚠️🙏🏻

I couldn't do this last week.
And I might not be able to do it next week.
But right now, I'm enjoying what i can do in this moment.

***
Finally getting some #buugeng finger spins in the flow after months of neuropathic limitations in my hands and fingers.

I had lost quite a bit of sensation and function thanks to a really messed up ulnar nerve. But six sessions of #shockwavetherapy later, I can say that i have gotten a lot (not all, but alot) of function back. I haven't been spontaneously dropping things as much or experiencing the fun "electric shock" sensation when I try to use my arm in a way that compresses the nerve. And the neuropathy is better too.

The symptoms aren't totally gone; nerve compression still makes itself known every once in a while. It might get better, but it might get worse. Either way, right now, I'm taking advantage of the capacity that I have.

SAME SAME BUT DIFFERENT IS HOME 🫶🏼

Had the honor of giving the girls @monyflowz @miss___jade and @edithviviana_ a double lightshow during Home by Clozee & LSDream 🏠

It was so fitting because SSBD def felt like home being surrounded by such beautiful souls and feeling a profound sense of community 🥹 spending time with these girlies was so inspiring 🫶🏼

Make sure to get your SSBD tickets by tomorrow because prices increase Friday!
Use code “XBELLASSBD” to save and I’ll see you lakeside next year!

Another @ssbdfest for the books! And yet, the best one so far, this being my third year attending I didn’t put a lot of thought on my expectations, just went with the idea this was gonna be a healing experience and boy oh boy, was I right?!

I lost my mom 5 months ago, and yet it feels like a lifetime ago, for the last year and a half my life changed 180°, last year I was stressed out and worried about her, this year my heart and soul were longing for peace and some sort of healing which I wanna thank @lsdream and @lightcode for giving me the guidance to start this process, I left with a feeling of purpose and more complete and myself than ever.

Spending time with the loml made me feel loved and cared for, and seeing my friends and flowmies (old and new ones) made me feel so inspired and appreciated. All of you help me feel confident of the person I am and secure to try whatever I put my head and heart into because I can share my crazy dreams with you.

I left with so much admiration and love for all of you, I value so much your presence in my life, all of you inspire me and encourage me to keep going and keep getting better and stronger every time. I feel so lucky for this life my mom gave me and the beautiful way I found to live it.

See you in 2027! 🧚🏼‍♀️🪷

Love experimenting with the my sister 🤭✨

@slushflows and I only started getting close this year, but we already know we’ll be fam for life 🫶🏼 so when Mony and her said they might be down for Zeds Dead’s last show of their tour, you know I ran to get them last min tickets 💀

Being able to try things out and workshop some buugeng tunnel ideas together has been so fun and makes my brain go brrrrr 🧠 find your the people you can heal your inner child with, and play around with ✨

Trying to find my #buugeng flow... even though I still can't do many basics, including consecutive finger spins, I am still vibing in my little #flowstate moment.

I am a firm believer in style over substance. "Feeling" the flow is more important than "improving" it. And that's a hill i will die on.
