Sumits, you’re in for a treat ✨ Meet Macy, our newest instructor!

Join her for her first class tonight at 7:30pm
$7 Community Hour Flow 🧘‍♀️

A little about Macy:

“Hi, I’m Macy! I’ve been teaching yoga for three years, and it has become one of the most meaningful parts of both my career and my own movement practice. Along with teaching, I like weight lifting, have a Westie-Schnauzer puppy who keeps me on my toes, and love the outdoors.

The yoga community is also what inspired me to pursue a masters degree in occupational therapy, and a lot of what I learn in grad school influences the way I do and teach yoga. My teaching blends functional movement, anatomy, and mindful breathing to help people move with confidence and connection. I highlight creativity and asana technique in each sequence, so you can expect a welcoming environment and powerful practice that leaves you with more balance and peace.”

Help us give Macy a warm welcome and come practice with her tonight 🤍

We're SO excited for a workshop that's going to change the way you move! 💪

Ever heard "engage your core" or "activate your shoulders" and thought... what does that actually mean?

This 90-minute hands-on workshop, taught by our instructor Macy, breaks down the cues you hear in every class and teaches you what they should actually feel like in your body.

You'll walk away knowing how to:
✨ Move with intention (not just through the motions)
✨ Build real strength and stability in your upper body
✨ Create a solid foundation for vinyasa flows and inversions

You'll be able to use this in every single class moving forward! We can't wait to see you there!
