Alex + Will got married on Saturday, and what an honor it was to photograph and witness a love like theirs.

The radar showed a rainstorm rolling in right before their ceremony, so they ended up flipping their cocktail hour and ceremony so they could still have their ceremony outside. I’d like to think the universe decided to throw in some touches as if to show them they made the right call: birds flew overhead in a V formation right after Will reached the end of the aisle and the sun came out just moments before their first kiss and recessional (to “Here Comes the Sun” at that 🥹🥹🥹).

Cheers to these two and to a lifetime of love, hand kisses, and waiting out storms together 🤍

This Sunday! Our Sunday Pop-Up Series continues with @mooncussercountry ! We will have a limited amount of our collaboration beer available, so come early!

Mooncusser is bringing oysters on the half shell and shrimp cocktail, plus chowder chips with caviar, grilled oysters, Rhode Island stuffies (baked clam dish) and seaside sundaes!!

Okay, so I tried to select 6 photos for a story collage but I had too many, so they belong on the feed now! I’ve been trying to dig myself out from a slump, and while exhausting, having family visit two weekends in a row really filled up my cup! Lots of great moments exploring Logan Square and Chicagoland and cozying in (talk about 🥵 heat wave!) to our home.

Other highlights include: @middle__brow pizza and beer cocktails, my first @solemnoathbeer Oath Day, watching the World Cup, @revbrewchicago Rosa coming back!!! 🌺, self-care yoga and @pivabeerspa, @hopewellbrewing of course, a first time visit to @gooseislandchicago at the @saltshedchicago, and my @olehenriksen rainbow glitter lippie!

Here’s to an even better second half of the year!

Babe, wake up… Oath Day highlight reel just dropped!

That was one helluva heavy metal parkin’ lot party, SOBs! Thanks to everyone who made Oath Day XIV one for the absolute books, especially all the wrestling/food/beer/tattoo partners who held it down proper all damn day!

Can’t wait to let it rip again soon.
