Look at me, I’m the captain now…

*Ahoy, me thanks @la.skate.hunnies x @mercuryfi for letting me hoist my skate choreographer flag and set sail for some amazing SF adventures and into the world of @portolafestival .

Day 2 now and me know the ropes….music. skate. repeat. But me thinks, it is time to set afoot upon its deck again and take stride on the @moonlabprod rink. Better yet, me thinks I shall go overboard with one hell of a performance from thy Hunnies trio, turning Portola to SS Partyola!!! Urrrgh you with me?!

Landed in NYC and headed straight to the @tiktokshop NYFW event! Loved learning more about fall and winter fashion trends, seeing those style trends on the runway, and then connecting with fashion brands afterwards. So excited to keep working with those brands!

SO to @kevinrifephotos for the runway footage 🫶🏻

We brought the denim outside @target Soho. 🚕👖Our custom denim-inspired truck served iced Crème BruLattes, iced Matcha Crème BruLattes, and cookies to NYC shoppers, while inside, guests could customize their denim with studs and gems.

A full experience, right in the heart of SoHo. 💙 In partnership with @moonlabprod!

Building what’s next.

We were proud to collaborate with @hingehealth alongside our sister company, @moonlabprod , to design and build the environments behind their annual conference.

From custom fabrication and bespoke environments to technical integration and scalable build systems, we’re helping bring Hinge Health’s vision to life through thoughtfully crafted physical experiences. As they continue transforming physical therapy with AI-powered, innovative solutions, we’re proud to create the spaces where their teams, partners, and customers come together to connect, collaborate, and shape the future of healthcare.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how it all came together.

The universe working its magic in miraculous ways 🌌

A year ago we were building our festival vision together. While it ultimately collapsed due to funding constraints and because the vision was a little ahead of its time, we planted some important seeds. Looking back now it’s incredible to see how those seeds have manifested in so many beautiful ways over the last year. The partnerships, collaborations and alignments unfolding today all feel deeply interconnected as part of something much bigger.

I’m so excited to be weaving our ecosystem and vision together with the @mentrateam team.

Mentra has an incredible platform that supports the neurodivergent community by creating greater access to meaningful workplace opportunities.

This mission is so near and dear to so many of us, especially neurodivergent founders, creatives, tech innovators, builders and entrepreneurs. The journey can often feel challenging and lonely because so many of the systems we navigate weren’t designed to support the way we think, create, lead and essentially move through the world.

We’re here to help show a new way. One where everyone feels seen, supported and like they truly belong and people are empowered to step fully into their unique gifts & their area of genius.

Stay tuned for some exciting announcements around events, community partnerships and what we’re creating together. The best is yet to come 🌈

Over the last 11 years since I birthed her, MoonLab has shifted, evolved and transformed just like the moon. This season has been about alignment. And I’m proud to say we’ve arrived at a place that feels deeply aligned with who we are and who we are becoming.

Our name is now simply MoonLab. We dropped Productions because it no longer reflects the fullness of who we are, what we create and who we are becoming. It also brings us into closer alignment with our ecosystem partners, BloqLab and EarthLab.

We also chose to rebirth our missions. When I first channeled our original pillars in 2022, they felt ahead of their time. Over the last few years, we’ve grown into them. And as the world continues to evolve, so must we.

I’m so excited to share the next evolution of our missions:

💫 Unity in Diversity
🫶🏻 Feminine Empowerment
🌎 Regenerative Design
♾️ Circular Giving Back
🌀 Wellness + Evolution

We’re now calling in the right aligned projects, partners and clients who believe experiences can create something greater than a single moment. Together, we will continue to co-create meaningful, impactful experiences that leave a lasting impact long after the event is over, helping shapeshift the future for generations to come.

We believe it’s time to transform events and experiences in a new way. The industry is evolving, and we’re here to help lead that evolution through purpose, innovation and heart-led human connection.

If you’re hearing the call, we’d love to connect. Reach out to us at @moonlabprod and explore our newly launched website at moonlabproductions.com.

And remember, there is no limit. Not even the moon. 🌙

Love,

Mama Moon

P.S. A huge shoutout to our incredible team for helping bring this beautiful rebrand and website to life and for holding MoonLab through this very moment. This has been over a year in the making and I’m so proud of what we’ve created together. Here’s to our next cycle. The future is calling and we are right on time. 🫶🏻

Nothing says “welcome back to Los Angeles” quite like celebrating birthdays with this community. 💚🥳

Yesterday, the @we_are_earthlab, @moonlabprod and @bloqlab ecosystem alongside @foractivecom had the joy of supporting @worthyofloveproductions to bake birthday cakes alongside moms and kids before celebrating our monthly birthday parties at the Union Rescue Mission and the Westwood Salvation Army shelters.

We’ve been honored to be part of this partnership since 2017 and every celebration is a reminder that everyone deserves to feel seen, celebrated and loved.

Interested in sponsoring a birthday, donating, or volunteering? Contact @cassandramaria, @worthyofloveproductions or visit worthyoflovela.org. 🫶🏻🎂

Just returned home from being onsite for the FIFA World Cup with Uber, right where it all began. 🌙✨⚽️

MoonLab was built alongside Uber, one event, one operation and one challenge at a time. Long days. Late nights. Blood, sweat, tears, and a whole lot of figuring it out as we went. For years, home was wherever the next event happened to be and I loved every bit of it especially working alongside all of the incredible humans behind the scenes.

Being back onsite with the Moonies feels like a full circle moment. The work may look different for me these days, but the heart of it is still the same. Behind every big moment is an incredible amount of unseen work. People solving problems, adjusting on the fly, supporting one another and pouring themselves into making it all happen. It’s not always the work people notice but it’s often where the real magic lives.

What I found myself thinking about most this week were all the humans who have been part of the @moonlabprod story over the last 11 years. Every teammate, partner, client, collaborator and friend who helped build this thing one moment at a time. Their fingerprints are woven into every success, every lesson, every memory, and every milestone along the way.

Between site storms turning into rainbows, sharing pizza crusts, and the laughs that somehow made every challenge feel lighter, I’m reminded how much beauty lives in the moments between. The in person heart moments. The ones that ground you, connect you and remind you why you started this in the first place. 🌈✨

I’m so proud of this team, where we’ve been, the people who helped us get here and who we’re becoming. Thank you @kikii_mayy @tannenhaus30 @bellebellmont @albierandom and the entire @moonlabprod and @bloqlab crew for making the magic happen behind the scenes. 🪄

📸 And to my soul brother @albierandom - thank you for documenting the magic while geeking out over light, shadows, textures and all the little details most people walk right past. Creating together since 2012 has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Thanks for all the laughs, designs, adventures and beauty you’ve helped us see along the way 🐛✨

Innovation you can feel. ⚙️

@bloqlab + @moonlabprod partnered with @cochlearamericas to create an immersive trade show activation that brought the future of hearing technology to life through motion, light, sound, and interactive storytelling.

Inspired by our signature Rube Goldberg-style activations, the experience guided attendees through a connected journey of kinetic movement, synchronized technology, and sensory interaction transforming Cochlear’s innovation into a living, interactive environment.

The activation featured robotic installations, cinematic lighting choreography, embedded audio, motion sensors, and precision 3D printed fabrication all designed to showcase Cochlear’s breakthrough implantable hearing technology and the power of human connection through innovation.

Built with integrated LED systems, laminated millwork, integrated graphics, and custom interactive fabrication, the installation became a high-impact experiential centerpiece designed to spark curiosity, engagement, and conversation around the future of medical innovation.
