POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few weeks ago we opened the doors to something I have dreamed about for a long time. I could not be more grateful for the support of my brother, family, community and team who made a dream become a reality 🤍

Not just another clinic. Not just another studio.

A space built to help people move better, get stronger, recover properly and feel good doing it.

From sports podiatry, physiotherapy and injury rehab through to Reformer Pilates, yoga and strength based movement The Foot Company x Solevo was created to be more than the standard healthcare experience.

The last few weeks have honestly been crazy in the best way. Seeing the support, the classes filling, the patients trusting us and the community growing already means everything.

If you’ve been thinking about:

→ starting Pilates
→ fixing that injury you keep ignoring
→ getting back into running/training → improving strength, mobility or recovery
→ finally prioritising yourself

This is your sign.

Coming out of hibernation with thanks and maybe a dash of inspiration for anyone who’s ever felt similar….

Radical resets for me tended to play out as excuses to be mean and self punitive. Rather than needing to be more of something positive, I needed to be less of something negative. Always less. Never room for growth or taking up space. Last year, after umming and aahing (and frankly feeling rather hopeless) I stopped drinking, did some hard thinking, bit the bullet and did something I was always ashamed I wanted, training to become a Yoga instructor. I was prepared to work hard, sweat and be (incredibly!) sore, but nothing prepared me for the transformative wisdom and unbound kindness I experienced.

This is a note of love to those I met and continue to meet through Yoga, which turns out to be the most surprising, generous gift both as a practitioner and generally overwhelmed human!

Everything in yoga mirrors life and as one of my teachers @echolikesyoga says, “We can do tricky things”. Be open and take a leap. ❤️

Introducing Yasmin of Moon Star Yoga ✨️

Hello beautiful souls

My name is Yasmin, and I am a born psychic medium and energy healer. The name Moon Star Yoga reflects the foundation of my work as an astrologist and yoga teacher, sharing yogi mystical magic.

I am a Lotus Reiki Master, Psychic Reader and Yoga Teacher. I offer psychic readings, clearings, channelling, lotus reiki (including sound, crystal and Archangel healing), and light language activations.

At the Soulful Fair I will be offering Lotus Reiki Energy healing sessions with Light Language Activations 🪬✨️

Throughout your session, I will be channeling high frequency energies to support you to unblock your own life force energy (prana) so that energy can flow freely through the body. This allows stuck energy to be released and realigned to find a state of balance.

The nurturing frequencies of Lotus Reiki offers Divine Feminine support, balancing softness and strength. Light Language is the language of the soul, awakening your own capacity to heal from within.

Receive the healing power of love, light and infinite blessings through Lotus Reiki and discover the magic of Light Language 🪬 ✨️

Sending love, light and infinite blessings to you.

Namaste, Yasmin
