HAPPY 🥴 NATIONAL 😵 ORGASM 🤯 DAY! Did you know that orgasm is incredibly beneficial for your body, boosting your immune system, getting rid of headaches, and even helping you sleep. But the benefits of the big O don’t stop there.
.
.
Orgasm can be really beneficial for your mental and emotional health, too. Orgasm triggers a rush of feel-good chemicals in our brain like oxytocin and dopamine (and let’s face it, we all need more dopamine nowadays).
.
.
.
.
Several people cannot orgasm, and several people can. Try not to put judgment on that - it’s okay either way! If you can, make sure you orgasm today to celebrate. But we can’t say this enough: sex with only orgasm in mind is something you may want to rethink. It’s about the fun of both parties involved, and the connection. Even if you aren’t orgasming, the simple act of masturbation (or the sex act) still releases all those feel-good chemicals! If you’re having trouble reaching the finish line, try approaching sex with less of a goal in mind. You’d be surprised how much fun you can have when you’re not obsessed with the orgasm. Happy National Orgasm Day, witches!

I was supposed to go on another podcast recently but it was delayed because of the coronavirus. 🤷🏽‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead, here’s a min snippet of something I would like to share, as if I were on said podcast now: 🎙 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Learning to grow and heal from your past trauma - whether physical or emotional - isn’t easy. The clients I’ve worked with have ALL had to make the same choice - to change and bring on the discomfort of the change, or to resort back to old habits.⚖️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A lot of people don’t like to do this work because it is HARD. Asking yourself tough questions instead of ignoring them can be exhausting, especially when they cause you to challenge your beliefs.🧐 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But what I can say is this - the change seen throughout this journey is magical. I’ve had women share some big, life altering revelations after working together, whether that be via one-on-one or through the Release Rituals (shoutout/LOVE to my Release Ritual friends!). I've watched clients become EMPOWERED and heal from their eating disorders, among other harming habits. 🌻

And guess what? I go through this journey too. Changing, healing, changing, healing. It isn't fun but it is transformative (you think a caterpillar LOVE to be surround my darkness as it prepares to become a butterfly?). 🐛🦋
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I’ll end with this small piece of advice, which you can take or leave. 😎
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When it comes to making hard decisions, choose the one that aligns with your intuition. Trust yourself and listen to that inner voice. You’d be surprised at how much wisdom you have. 🤓

And if you don't believe that or want to learn more about this, MESSAGE ME. I live for this work and I love being able to help others, whether that's via a small conversation, working together, or just from a post like this. ✨🌱💛
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With love,
Amanda 🥰
.
p.s. tagging some amazing friends who have seen what I’m doing and supported me along this journey. Love you.
