Reduction print I made in my graduate studies! All based around the song Run it by Straykids, using the Korean legend 'Beom' a white tiger that is seen in the music video. Beom - 26 #art #design #straykidsstay #straykids #printmaking

🎨✨ Creativity, connection, and inclusion in action! ArtsAbility was thrilled to partner with Moore College of Art & Design for an accessible art workshop led by their amazing graduate students. Our participants had such a wonderful time exploring their creativity, trying new things, and experiencing the joy of art in a welcoming and supportive environment. A heartfelt thank you to the talented students, faculty, and staff for welcoming our participants with such kindness, encouragement, and inclusion. Your commitment to creating accessible spaces where everyone can participate, express themselves, and feel a true sense of belonging made this experience so special. A very special thank you to Lauren Sticher for your leadership, dedication, and passion for making the arts more inclusive and accessible. We loved our first workshop and can’t wait to return for more opportunities to create, connect, and inspire! 💙🎨 Thank you, moorecollegeart, for helping make art accessible for all. #ArtsAbility #MooreCollegeOfArtAndDesign #InclusiveArts #ArtForAll #AccessibilityMatters DisabilityInclusion CreativeCommunity PhiladelphiaArts ArtsEducation Inclusion Belonging

On Thursday I gave a keynote speech to the @moorearted SAER program and it was so special. Thank you so much to the amazing Folks in Moore's art education program and Meg for the invitation to speak and to share space with everyone. As an artist there is no bigger gift than being asked to talk about your art and art journey to teachers, students, and facilitators. Every time I give a talk it reminds me of the journey I have been on with my mosaic work the past 11 years and helps me to feel those big moments of growth so tangibly. Here are some snap shots from my talk (shout out to @studioknj for documentation) intercut with snippets of the work that began the foundation that I have grown my mosaic work out of since 2014. It is such a gift to look at these pieces and think about those feelings that started it all with older, kinder, and more grounded eyes. I am so grateful to everyone who has seen me and supported me at so many points in my mosaic journey the last decade, I wouldn't be here without you and I'm so grateful that I am here with you to keep going, growing, and dreaming big ❤️.
