Back on the platform for the first time in over a year. Seat is still hot. Has been a long road back, appreciate everyone that has been along for the ride with me 🙏

To the coaches, I owe every ounce of this to you and the work you've put in with me. Let's go get some bigger numbers @moormanlifter @cierramm @abagatorr @thechocolatelifter

It was great seeing @peter.waisberg on the platform banging shoulders! @thechocolatelifter thank you for setting the tone for the day, @jessparsons_pt thank you for keeping me in check in training leading up to this

It was great seeing old teammate small BIG lifts on the platform.

Thank you @landmarkbarbell @nickjustlift for having us and hosting! Big shout out to the loaders you lifted more than all of us that day 💪

WEIGHTLIFTING IS FUN!

Coming back to weightlifting 3-4 times a week is humbling. Fired up for what @coachmichael91 and I have cooking up.
