Hiiii amor🙋🏽‍♀️☀️

Doing a quick swipe through roll call ➡️

Since there’s so many new folks in here it’s nice to say hi. Plus when you’re planning to come on a dance + wellness retreat with me it’s great if you know what your guid-ess is all about 😍

My name is Rachaila [Ra-shy-lah], born in Amsterdam ❌❌❌ with roots from Curaçao which is a gorgeous island in the Caribbean 🇨🇼🌴 It’s where I get to live now.

Most people know me as a dance teacher and a big fan of putting on a glitter dress and go social dance 🪩 There’s another side me too ⚖️
My day to day feels way less glamorous & outgoing.
As a licensed massage therapist, the 1:1 work with my clients consists of stretching, pulling people apart on the table and put them back together 💆🏽‍♀️🧩
People often leave feeling lighter and more present.

Which brings me to one of my other favorite things, which is movement meditation, preferably near a body of water 🌊 🪘 I can completely zone out and you can easily leave me on a beach till sunset!

Now let’s talk MUSIC 😊 My selection goes from reggae & dancehall to soca, to tambú back to soul… there’s a time & place for everything and yessss I’m 100% the type to wait in the car for a song to finish before I get out 😂🚗

👉🏽 The most valuable thing I’d love to offer you during our Femine Flow Retreat is the experience of homecoming IN your body. That’s the one thing that always travels with you you see?
To become comfortable and content within your vessel (wether it’s dressed in a bikini or a big sweater) that’s gon be the main purpose here 🙌🏾

Very happy to have you visit and can’t wait to show you around 🏝️🦩🥥
