Some journeys aren’t about becoming someone else.

They’re about finally having the courage to become more of who you’ve always been.

For years, I’ve searched for healing in different ways.

Through motherhood.
Through love.
Through loss.
Through faith and therapy.
Through food, music, movement, meditation and plant medicine.

Through every experience that brought me a little closer to myself.

This weekend, I added another language.

Today, I received my certification in BRTT® (Body Remembers Trauma Therapy) and TRB® (Trauma Release Breathwork).

Not because I believe I have all the answers.

But because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can breathe, belong, and come home to themselves.

I’ve always loved nourishing people.

Sometimes that looked like sharing a meal.

Today, it also looks like holding space.
