Late for class? Straight to jail. 🚨

Talking over your instructor? Straight to jail.

Slamming your springs (among other things) against the carriage? Believe it or not… jail. 🤭

Okay, maybe not *actually.*

In all seriousness, reformer can feel a little intimidating at first, but that’s exactly why we’re here. Our instructors guide you every step of the way so you can get the most out of every class. Every reformer workout is a full-body workout set to upbeat music, designed to challenge you, support you, and leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Thinking about giving it a try? For a limited time, buy 5 reformer classes and get 2 FREE. Grab the sale, book your first class, and we’ll take it from there. 💛 Link in bio!

Running it back to last week when @missleahrae87 became a Master Cycle Instructor. Got us feeling like @beyonce ~ Crazy in Love with cycle all over again 🤪

She has the energy you didn’t know you needed—and once you take her class, you’ll get the hype. 🚲✨ Join Leah on the bike every Wednesday at 6:00 AM for barrefusion60 (cycle30 + barre30) and Sundays for cycle45 at 9:30 AM.

New to Fly? Try 2 weeks for just $69 and take all the group classes your heart desires. It’s the perfect way to find your new favorite class (or instructor 😉). See you there!

🗣️🎤If you don’t like to party, then you better leave the room…🎶 Because if you’re coming to Leah’s class… you’re coming to a PARTY. 💥

From driving all the way to our Lincoln studios as a client to now helping lead the instructor team in Omaha as our newest MASTER Cycle Instructor—what a journey. 💛🪽

Leah is the queen of themes, your #1 hype woman, and will always have you leaving her classes feeling so loved, strong, and probably wondering how 45 minutes went by so fast.

Master status is a huge accomplishment, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Cheers to you, Leah. 🥂 Thanks for making Fly feel like the best party in town. We love you, and this community is better because of you.
