I don’t think I’ll ever forget what it felt like to look out and see this room full.

double edge began as an idea I cared deeply about—and you showed up and gave it life. every person who woke up early, brought a mat, planted an intention, and shared this first morning with me became part of its beginning.

I felt your trust, your energy, and your love in that room. I hope you know how deeply I appreciate it—and how much it means to build something like this alongside you.

thank you @vendettacoffee for opening your doors, and thank you to everyone who made the first double shot more meaningful than I could have imagined.

this is only the beginning.

in good company.

This pincha felt muscly, I’ve felt much lighter and more aligned during classes when going into it, but as everything in life, it’s a work in progress😌

Jump Squad Appreciation Post. These people have changed my life for the better inspiring me to be a better athlete and person. To my seniors you guys helped me not give up when I made mistakes and you inspired me that even with having the hardest season of my life that I am still more then capable to succeed. I hope that one day I can be as Strong and supportive as Grandma Adeline, as welcoming as Macy and Olivia, as kind and generous as Tim and as dedicated as Bishop. Thank you Jump squad can’t wait for next year!

Thank you Milwaukee track & field for an incredible & memorable 4 years. My time as a Panther has taught me many lessons on and off the track. From early morning practices to winning conference championships, from my many setbacks to coming back better and stronger every time, every moment has helped shape who I am today.

Although I haven’t been able to compete the last 2 outdoor seasons due to injuries, I am thankful for the many things I did accomplish during my career as a Panther. These past 2 years have been the most challenging by far physically, mentally, and emotionally, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I have learned to reframe my negative thoughts, truly embrace the process, and find joy in growth, even when it feels I’m a million steps behind. I know that when the time is right, my time will come, & I will continue to do everything I can to get to where I want to be.

Thank you Coach Wilch & Basler for believing in me when I signed to Milwaukee 4 years ago, and thank you Coach Hatch for helping develop my abilities over the years. I’m grateful for all of your guidance and support.

To my teammates, thank you for the constant support, memories, & many laughs. I have gained many lifelong friendships through this team and for that I’m forever grateful. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you all.

Thank you @mke_xctf for everything!

In moments of challenge, ask yourself:
What if l succeed?
What if it goes well?
What if I can handle it?
What if I believe in myself?
What if I shift my perspective?
What if I’m actually capable?

Thanks @dr.kellyvincent for your insight!
