A weekend in Melbourne with @lululemonausnz for way more than just a half marathon!!! swipe to see what we got up to➡️ #lululemonambassador Team dinner at Pepe’s italian with good food and a little treat for us all🥰 The simple tee always wins A little shake out run with @osaat.running and @coffee_supreme_au and @lululemonausnz Team QLD🫶🏻 Clearly very happy about the free coffee and crossaints☕️🥐 YUM The BEST lululemon ambassador crew✨ My jumper from the print shop was ELITE, I am obsessed! Had to get the classic race number collection pic!!!🏙️ Pasta to make me fasta The cutest little treats to help with the weekend! Woke up at 100% training readiness for the first time EVER!!! Quick pic while we wait in the sun at the start line @melbmara 😱😱😱 Just as I hit the absolute biggest wall at 15km but smiling because the lululemon cheerleaders were THE BEST Spot the wall😂😂😂 (I may or may not have had a little sit down at 20km hahahaha) After the race we found a rooftop bar that was doing free Aperols, food and tattoos…. Can confirm we did not get a tattoo but we did get many Aperols🤪 This was all the food I could stomach, plain burger and chips😂😂 With mr lululemon himself🫶🏻 Hardest thing I’ve done in a long time, but leaving Melbourne feeling so lucky to work with the best brand in the world and have the most supportive people around me who believe in me more that I do! Now a restful 2 weeks then onto the next challenge!!!!

@lululemonausnz x @osaat.running shakeout. Followed by breakfast with the homies. Nerves nearly got the better of me but the energy was contagious. I walked away with a quiet confidence, a full cup and an eagerness to reach the start line. More @melbmara content incoming.

HOW GOOD IS THIS 🥹🥹 Shakeout run DONE! (And it was SO FRICKEN GOOD) In preparation for tomorrow here’s some things I’m doing to enter the race feeling SLAYFUL & CALMFUL, and I suggest you do too! - Pinning my bib to my top the night before. This is so it’s already done, and I don’t need to worry about doing it in the morning! - Laying out exactly what outfit I’m wearing (already done 💅) plus runners, socks, undies, gels, sunnies, belt, lipgloss (duhh), vest! Anything I think I may need! - Bricking my phone at 5pm! No social media, no emails, no texting, this is to allow my mind to slow down so when it comes to sleep time, I can sleep! - Journaling. And writing this prompt “What is causing my stress? And what can I do about it?” I find asking myself that question actually brings up things I didn’t even know I was stressed about! Once your thoughts are on a page, they’re out of your mind! And you’ll be able to enter the race feeling so much more free - And finally, reflecting! I and you, have trained so fricken hard to get here. These final 42.2km (or 21.1km if you’re doing the half) should be the CELEBRATION to the training, kms and hours spent getting here. To everyone running tomorrow, I challenge you to forget about your pace, and forget about finding the perfect playlist. Be present, soak up the atmosphere, hi five strangers, and SMILE! GOODLUCK TEAM!! YOUVE GOT THIS 💅🫵❤️ GO HAVE A BALL! #lululemonambassador #lululemon #healthandfitness #onlinecoach #myfirstmarathon
