Grief is weird because you can feel everything all at once. ❤️

You can be crying one minute and laughing the next, then feel guilty for being happy. That doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong — that’s just how grief can be.

No one gets to tell you what your grief should look like. 🌹

A special thank you to @dermalasercenterny for keeping our skin glowing on RED! ✨

Grief doesn’t come with a universal roadmap. ❤️

After losing her brother, @mortalsonya found that traditional therapy wasn’t giving her what she needed. She had to find her own way through the grief and learn what actually worked for her.

A perfect Aspen summer high tea to celebrate our soon arriving baby girl, Olivia Palmer Rose Houston 🌹

All finger foods were loving handmade my our families, amazing desserts all handcrafted by my mom, florals and table decorations put together by Bill Bostelmann, while the afternoon was perfectly orchestrated by @thunder_bust and Heidi Houston 🙏🏽

Thank you to all of our beautiful friends who made the day… It was a journey to get here and it was so special to share our story with everyone.

And to my beautiful husband Hart, I love you more than words and I’m so lucky to experience this new chapter of life with you. You are going to be the best girl dad this world has ever seen.

The countdown is on to meet our beautiful Noosh 💕🎀💗
