One of the things I love most about this industry is the people you meet, the friendships you make and getting to celebrate each other’s success along the way.

I’ve known @dj_malike_ since he first started his business and seeing how far he’s come and everything he’s built makes this celebration even more special. What an honor to be there photographing such an important milestone!

REBORN was the perfect celebration of two exciting new chapters: seven years of @curate_entertainment and its rebrand, alongside the beautiful @thebathclub_ in Miami reopening its doors to the public. And what a celebration it was!

The fashion, the music, the food, the performances, the creativity! Every room had its own personality, with every detail so thoughtfully put together by @chrisweinbergevents and @petalprod

Nights like this remind me why I love this industry so much. So many talented people coming together to create something extraordinary and celebrate one another.

Here’s something I’ve been thinking about lately: not every experience needs to become a business opportunity.

Sometimes, you can simply show up, be inspired, make genuine connections, and enjoy what someone else has created.

Attending The Bath Club x Curate Entertainment Reborn Experience reminded me how much I love being on the other side of the experience. @thebathclub_ @curate_entertainment @petalprod @chrisweinbergevents

The atmosphere. The intentional details. The entertainment. The hospitality. The way it all makes you FEEL.

And yes, the planner in me was absolutely taking mental notes! 😂

But I also got to be present, have fun, and appreciate the creativity of others.

It’s a reminder to keep making room for experiences that inspire me, both personally and professionally.

Because I want the guests at our L3 events to walk away feeling just as considered, connected, and inspired.

Last week, we had the honor of capturing the @rafanellievents x @forma_mgmt gathering at the Inn at Perry Cabin.

We spend so much of our lives documenting what it looks like when people gather well. These two days were such a beautiful example of what can happen when you create the space to do exactly that.

Between a morning bike ride through St. Michaels, time sailing on the Chesapeake, exploring the property, and an evening gathered around the table, @bryanrafanelli our agent @forma_mgmt brought together an incredible group of people from across our industry with the simple opportunity to slow down, exchange ideas, and genuinely connect.

From behind our cameras, we watched conversations become stories, colleagues become friends, and a group of people who spend so much of their lives creating meaningful experiences for others get to experience one themselves.

Thank you to Forma and the Rafanelli team for trusting us to capture it, and @innatperrycabin for creating such a beautiful setting for it all.

A dinner designed to make conversation the main course.

Cocktails and live guitar set the tone for the evening before guests took their seats, where a magnifying glass revealed a question waiting at every place setting.

One by one, everyone answered aloud.

Over six courses, the questions opened the door to stories, perspectives, and a deeper kind of conversation. The table became a place to listen, share, challenge, and connect.

A thoughtful question can change the entire energy of a room.

I spend a lot of evenings watching other people connect from behind a guitar. It was a gift to be invited to the table and be part of the conversation this time, and to hear what drives the people I work alongside.

The day unfolded at a different pace.

A bike ride through St. Michaels gave way to an afternoon on the water, with time between each stop to explore, reconnect, and let conversation take its own course.

For an industry that spends so much time moving from one thing to the next, there was something valuable about simply having nowhere else to be.

A change of scenery. A little more room to breathe. Time well spent with the people who understand the work.
