If there’s one foundational thing that I could encourage every woman to do it’s to live WITH Your cycle. Eat, drink, sleep, move, socialize, work in flow with the ebbs and flows of your hormones. Whether you still bleed or not, whether you still have a womb or not, the imprint of that energy still lives in your body and when it’s ignored, sickness and anxiety take over.

In 2024 I met @flysimranfly who was running the last round of her 1:1 mentorship Journey Back To Self. I applied, desperate to understand the power and gifts I knew lived inside me but completely lost on how to tap in. Out of 400+ applicants she chose to work with ME?? The next day she DMs me that my application made her cry, that our visions are so aligned. I couldn’t have imagined how the next 14 weeks and years to come would change everything within and around me!

Working with the peaks and valleys of my internal energy upgraded my entire life. My business expanded, opening @skin.soul.sanctuary months later. My capacity for radical honesty and acceptance has expanded beyond what I’ve ever witnessed.

After completing the Journey Back To Self and then joining @thereclamation.fwo and even getting to spend a weekend at one of my retreats @just_bee_retreats with her Simran surprised us all by coming out with these incredible cycle syncing teas and yoni steams!

What a beautiful life to know and witness and grow along side the Medicine women of this world.
