WILD SISTER GATHERING SEPTEMBER 2026

Another gathering, another rattle.
This one this time holding a truly cheeky spirit, she wanted clothes, she took quite the toll on my hands, cuts from the string, blisters from whittling the stick. Such a strong spirit in this hide, a strong stag taken in his prime.
Filled with treasures, stories, teachings of softness and how ease comes when we don't struggle, when hide is bought together softly the bulbs manifest with ease.
She is small, she is mighty, she is speedy and she is here with a purpose. A community rattle to support women, filled with women and all their magic and medicine.
What an honour to help bring this to physical manifestation.

What a wonderful memory of the culmination of months of work for such a magical experience ✨💖 I’m betting you know what our main inspiration was here.. but it wasn’t just about one film- it was all to honour and give thanks in person to the two wonderful artists who have inspired generations with all their incredible creations. This was to show #brianfroud and #wendyfroud a little of the magic they’ve given to so many people over all these decades, and give a little of their magic back to them .. the full reel also shows a little of their reaction at the end, and a little about everyone who was in the performance and how it was created.. and don’t forget to look for the rehearsals reel too which sadly glitched and isn’t linked to the full reel.. but is on my main grid if you want to see it, plus the reel of me and Holly making the chandeliers!
We’ll be at the next faerie Fayre and ball next month in #glastonbury .. to celebrate Brian & Wendy Froud’s new book launch! The theme is Green Women! Will you be there? Please do come and say hello if you can 💖✨🧚🏼‍♂️

A wonderfully talented group of people who created and took part in a surprise homage in front of Brian and Wendy Froud, to honour all our favourite fantasy movies of the 80s, the 20th anniversary of 3Wishesfairyfestival and the 40th anniversary year of the film this performance was most inspired by, that Brian and Wendy Froud were the concept artists and creative inspiration for 💖

Amazing vocals by Lisa-Marie Walters.

Massive shout out to @sharpest_tooth for doing the choreography! It all came together wonderfully.

Beautiful masks gifted to Brian and Wendy made by @enchanted_oaks

Here’s another glimpse into last weekend at the @3wishesfairyfestival

Lots of fun and laughter was had at the FAYBLES meet, and a little William the worm tea party.

On Saturday we had the @officialarmorelhamilton Faybles meet, where we got to meet other Faybles and their persons, and Sir Geoffrey (ridden by the lovely Vicky)…. There was also a draw to win the gorgeous Indi-sprite and I (Heather) had the winning golden ticket! Which meant Indi-Spryte came home with me and my fables. Thanks so much Armorel, and to Wendy Froud for picking my winning ticket! 🥰🥰

After the faybles meet, we had more giggles having a little William the worm tea party, which Indi-spryte decided to crash 😂
Worms were made by me and @theartofhollyalp.

Can’t wait for the next time we meet up!
