Started the morning with coffee and zero expectations… somehow ended it with 1st place in the Advanced Veteran category at a calisthenics competition 🥇☕️

For a long time I’ve always wanted to start my calisthenics journey and here I am in Dubai doing it with a bunch of cool kids like me.

And because this shit ain’t easy, it takes so much patience and dedication with the right guidance and mentality to make it through. Honestly, that’s my favorite part.. that challenge factor!

Comfort zones don’t build new skills..🚩 I tried something new today🤸🏽‍♂️,I struggled, adjusted and tried again. I didn’t get it perfect but i know every strong thing you see started as someone’s first attempt so I’ll keep showing up and do it again and again 🙌🏽.

A little late posting this one 😅
This was about a month and a half ago, when I took 1st place in the women’s handstand competition 🥇🤸‍♀️

Looking back at this video now, I can already see how much progress I’ve made since then and there’s still so much more to come.

I’m really happy I found this community. It’s pushed me to challenge myself, enjoy the process, and keep working on becoming stronger and better every day. 💪🏼✨

Still learning. Still improving. Just getting started. 🤍
