From being a BASI Host Studio, to keeping our classes intentionally small, to having a team of 7 BASI qualified instructors, there’s a lot that makes TashB, TashB.

19 years in, and we’re still learning, growing and moving our community forward.

Because we’ve always believed in quality over quantity and doing things with purpose.

Community, movement, and sunrise… it doesn’t get much better than that.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our sunrise Pilates sessions at the Ballito Pro. Seeing our community come together on the beach each morning is always so special, and having a few dolphins join us made it even more memorable. 🐬

These are the moments we live for.

A heartfelt thank you to the @theballitopro and @lovenorthcoast for partnering with us and creating the opportunity to bring our community together in such a beautiful setting. We are so grateful to be part of something that celebrates movement, wellness, and connection.
