EASY FOR WHO? 😂

I genuinely cannot imagine what’s going to happen to me when I attempt an intermediate class. Please keep me in your thoughts. 🫠

But for reals, this “restore” class was incredible! Think deep stretching, relaxation, still with the challenge of the reformer. Honestly have not had a good stretch like this in so long. It’s exactly what this mama needed ✨

✨ Here’s your sign to throw a Pilates birthday party 🤍🦪✨

If you love movement, matcha, cute outfits, and celebrating with your favorite girls, a Pilates party is the way to go. Here is what I did!

✨ Chose a studio that matches the vibe I hosted mine at @sweatformpilates and it was the perfect space to bring the vision to life.

🤍 Picked a theme, I went with Pilates & Pearls, so everyone wore white and absolutely understood the assignment.

🍵 Served matchas. @guayoyocafeutah kept everyone fueled and it was the perfect wellness-inspired treat.

🧦 Created goodie bags your guests will actually use. I included Pilates socks from @the.sassysocks and creatine from @bullfit because I’m a firm believer that every woman should be prioritizing her strength.

🎂 Don’t forget the cake. @savannahkate_xoxo came in clutch with the most beautiful cake from and somehow made it fit the theme perfectly.

📸 Take the photos. There’s something so special about celebrating another year of life doing something you genuinely love. @armintaedit made this beautiful video and she did an amazing job and @sophierosegardner hooked it up with the camera and was the photographer skills 10/10

🎈 Don’t skip the decor @bb._balloons created the balloon arch and it tied the theme together. It also made the cutest backdrop for photos.

Thank you to everyone who spent their Saturday morning moving with me, celebrating with me, and making this birthday one I’ll never forget. My heart is so full. 🤍✨
