I guess it’s true what they say: all good things must come to an end. It doesn’t even feel real to be typing this. Mal has made the decision to take a step away from teaching for a bit (so we say SEE YOU LATER, NOT GOODBYE!!), so a spicy era at the studio is coming to a close, for now. Mal’s last ride will be tomorrow, July 3rd, at 7am. We are going to miss her creative choreo, her moody vibes, but most of all, the light that she shined every time she stepped onto that podium. Please come send her off proudly tomorrow. We might laugh. We might cry. But as Mal always says, it’s about the memories we make within those 4 walls and tomorrow will be no different. We love you Mal!

Excited to announce our very first ever “Instructor of the Month”. We might not have one of these EVERY month, but we do want to start spotlighting our instructors when they do something that really goes the extra mile and let me just tell you… THIS GIRL. 😍 Mal, it’s only fitting that you would be our first ever instructor of the month. There’s a reason so many people think Mal is part owner in the studio all of the time — BECAUSE SHE LOVES IT AND CARES ABOUT IT THAT MUCH!!!! Mal has created our entire Pilates program ON HER OWN and ALWAYS shows up and works 10x harder than she is required to. The heart that she puts into her classes, the soul that she pours into her community and the compassion that she puts into our whole little studio is unmatched and we wouldn’t be the same without her. We love you so much Malley! Your extra time and dedication you give to us on the reg NEVER goes unnoticed. Happy instructor of the month to you baby boo! 💕
