Week 14 of building our new gym. 🚧

Another week of progress, challenges, and unexpected delays.

We’re learning that building a gym never goes exactly as planned, but every obstacle is bringing us one step closer.

Equipment is moving, flooring is going down, and the final pieces are slowly coming together.

14 weeks in, and we’re more excited than ever to show everyone what we’ve been working on.

The wait will be worth it. 👀🔥

Hi everyone,

We’re writing with an update to our move to 1808 St. Matthews Avenue. We’ve had to push the move back by one week because our performance turf has been delayed multiple times. We want your first experience in the new space to be a great one, and we feel it’s important to be transparent about the updated plan.

Here’s what to expect:

• Thursday, October 15: Internet will be set up, and cameras and key fobs can go live.

• Friday, October 16: We’ll move a section of equipment to the new location. Our current gym will remain open. The equipment being moved includes the hip thrust, leg press, belt squat, chest press, chest fly, seal row, GHD, multi-station cable stack and mounted cage rack.

• Saturday, October 17: We’ll set up this equipment and place the new equipment being delivered.
• Week of October 19: Our current gym will remain open, with the turf area, barbell stations and dumbbell area available.

• Friday, October 23: We’ll close the current location at lunch and move the remaining equipment.

• Saturday, October 24: We’ll finish setting up the remaining equipment in the new space.

• Sunday, October 25: Trainers will have a test run in the new gym.

• Monday, October 26: We’ll begin a soft opening for members and clients. The first two weeks will give us time to settle in and make sure the new space is working well for everyone.

We’re also planning a grand opening celebration for November 6 or 7. We’ll confirm the date as soon as it’s finalized.

Thank you for your patience and for growing with us. We’re excited to welcome you into the new space soon!
