Walking away from the ADP Corporate 5K with a shiny new PR and a 3rd place overall female finish! It was hot. It was humid. I went out way too fast and my watch data didn’t populate right away. I walked twice. Lots of things didn’t go my way but I pushed through and truly gave it everything I had in me and I am so pleased with my finish time! Extra thankful to get to share the miles with the best people 🏃‍♀️🥉•

Giving a major post-marathon PR shoutout to Dr. Dante and Matt over at @movement_redefined_ ! When I started seeing them at the beginning of 2026, Dr. Dante asked me what my goal was for the Pittsburgh marathon to which I (hesitantly) replied, “to run the race at an 8:45 pace” - which was something I didn’t even believe I could come close to doing when the words left my mouth. Dr. Dante said, “challenge accepted” and we immediately got to work. Weekly PT sessions for the entirety of 2026 so far have allowed me to consistently run pain free for the first time in over 18 months. Leading up to race week we revisited that 8:45 pace goal and truly felt that it was realistic for the first time. Fast forward to race day - I successfully ran the race averaging an 8:25 pace across 26.2 miles smashing that initial 8:45 goal. Every time I felt my form start to fall apart because my body was fatigued, I was able to take a mental pause and reset my positioning to continue to comfortably perform at the pace I was holding through the hills of Pittsburgh thanks to everything Dr. Dante has taught me over the last 5 months. Truly couldn’t have finished the race yesterday with a 25 minute PR without the support of these two! Thankful to have a team of such talented people helping me achieve my goals!

We have been a little quiet because we've been really busy behind the scenes!
After spending a year building out communities, community leaders and more...
We realized we were missing a vital strategy to ensure we're actually creating an impact in our communities and bringing the best options for wellness seekers.

Patients & Clients aren’t one-dimensional.
So why is their care?

We are actively building Multi-Modality Care Teams designed around real conditions, real outcomes, and real collaboration.

Each team is curated with professionals who understand: → Their role
→ Their lane
→ How to work together

This is how care should be delivered.

Virtual memberships are opening up for those who want to be:
• Positioned in our directory
• Placed within care teams led by physicians and licensed practitioners.
• Considered for referrals and program opportunities
Not everyone will be a fit.

But if this aligns—you’ll know.

Really proud of this one 🥹 20 miles of hard intervals done and we are officially 5 weeks out from @pghmarathon !! Long runs like these have always been a source of anxiety for me because of the nagging pain I knew I’d experience in my left hamstring. 3 months in with @movement_redefined_ and I completed this run pain-free and feeling great!! Thankful to have an amazing team in my corner helping to keep me in tip top shape. Also huge shoutout to @driscollperformancenutrition for keeping my nutrition in check during this training cycle! Eat more and train harder has been the name of the game lately. The fact that i got FIVE gels in during this run without any stomach issues is a huge accomplishment for me. FOOD IS FUEL, people!! Looking forward to a couple more weeks of pushing myself before tapering down towards race day!
