Midweek Reminder: Eating cake for breakfast is self care! 💖

This post was heavily inspired by the fact that spring is in the air, I’ve been doing @monetmcmichael 21 hotter challenge, @bridgertonnetflix season 4 is fully released (my fav show btw), and @skinnydippingdiaries for reminding me to embrace the fact that I’m just a whimsical garden fairy w/ adhd. 🧚🏾✨

A few weeks ago I had the great honor of teaching LaBlast Dance Fitness (@officiallablast ) at the Community Dance in Falmouth! The energy in the room was incredible!! 🤩

Grateful to @movementarts.capecod for trusting me to kick off the event and to @capesymphony_presents and @falmouthculturalcouncil for making this event celebrating Afro-Brazilian culture, dance and movement possible and accessible to the community.

Always love getting to share my joy of dance with the community!

I performed a salsa pole infusion piece for @movementarts.capecod a few weeks ago for their Movement Fair. Was honored to be invited to perform! I started taking salsa lessons this summer with @jayquillan. In love! Excited to learn more. 💃 #poleisforeverybody #polefitness #salsera #salsapoledance
