Your space is more than a studio—it’s a sanctuary for movement, a canvas for expression, a place where bodies remember their own intelligence. Infuse your offerings with something deeper.

According to ChatGPT:😉

Movement Lab is a place to play with movement. It isn’t about choreography or performance—it’s about testing what happens when we combine different dance traditions, tempos, and moods. A creative dance class where intensity shifts from slow-motion meditative sequences to energizing cardio mashups. The name “lab” is at its core: an evolving experiment in how dance can heal, connect, and bring us back to ourselves.

or:

Dance as Experiment

Movement Lab isn’t high-intensity training or woo-woo ritual—it’s an experiment in dance. A mix of styles and rhythms, designed to shift between meditative and cardio modes, always with the aim of grounding, healing, and moving with intention.

Facilitated by Jen Miller, who draws on her research in somatic practices and 15 years of live dance performance experience, including performances with Carlos Santana, EDC, and the Further Festival.
