Everyday when I first wake up, I remind myself to take a moment to acknowledge the gift of a new day and express thanks.

When you embody gratitude, you align yourself with a sense of abundance and appreciation for the present moment. This state of being opens your heart and connects you to the deeper essence of life.

Even when I’m going through a hard time or feeling down, I remind myself it’s a blessing to be challenged.

It’s a blessing to learn, to grow, to expand. Challenges, although difficult, carry within them the seeds of growth and transformation.

When you approach a challenge with gratitude, you open yourself to the lessons it offers. Every challenge is an opportunity to deepen your understanding, strengthen your resilience, and expand your consciousness.

By being grateful for challenges, you shift your perspective from resistance to acceptance. You begin to see the challenge not as an obstacle, but as a stepping stone on your path to deeper self discovery and liberation.

An attitude of gratitude allows you to embrace your experience fully without judgment and trust in the unfolding of your journey.

Every challenge is a blessing in disguise guiding you to greater wisdom and deeper peace.

By cultivating gratitude for all your experiences, you align yourself with the natural flow of life, allowing grace and understanding to lead the way.

Congratulations to this group of certified Therapeutic Yoga Method teachers! 💜 We practiced 30 sequences in 10 days and the healing and transformation that occurred during our time together was truly remarkable! 🥹

Teaching yoga is not just about poses and sequences. It’s about seeing through the lens of wholeness, discovering deeper self-awareness, compassion, and wellbeing.

In my time teaching I have learned that everything heals with the power of presence. Everything heals when it’s treated with love and kindness.

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this teacher training program. Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, your commitment and your open heartedness. I am honored to be a part of your journey.

Therapeutic Yoga repatterns the nervous system for presence. This systematic and deliberate approach engages the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing the impact of chronic stress. When we learn to be present and aware of the sensations, movements and experiences within the body, we can gradually rewire neural pathways, allowing the nervous system to respond with greater resilience and adaptability.
