Here’s what’s on at The Lion’s Den this week!

We’ve got events and activities ranging from an alcohol-free cheese and wine night, some salsa, social paddleboarding and plenty of time to unwind together.

A quick heads-up: we’re closing at 3pm on Tuesday for our staff evening.

Introducing Sunset Sessions at City.

Since opening City, one thing we’ve heard again and again is that people would love more time on the sauna floor.

So, we’ve created something new for summer.

From Monday 13 July, join us for 3.5 hours of sauna, ice baths, rooftop sunshine and an alcohol-free drink in hand.

Your Sunset Session includes:

3.5 hours on the sauna floor
Sauna and ice bath access
Robe hire
An alcohol-free mojito or alcohol-free pint

Come with a friend, make it a relaxed date night, wind down after work, or book yourself in solo for an evening reset.

Available Sunday to Friday at The Lions’ Den City.

Looking back at mysacamp 23, an adaptation of our popular equanimity event!

3 weeks at the incredible @salhousebroad this August was just incredible. This broad holds a very special place in my heart and the fact I got to share it with so many of you this year between the 2 ‘festivals’ was just awesome!

My brain should be resting but I can’t stop thinking about what’s next …… it’s such a special place!

3 weeks into one video is pretty hard… but for those of you that were there…. Hopefully this does the weekend some justice. For those that couldn’t make it…. He’s just a taster of what we offered.

A huge thank you to @salhousebroad for having us and all the people that helped make it happen. So grateful to all our wellness practitioners for offering your incredible services and opening the hearts of minds of our lovely guests.
