Meet our newest Reformer Pilates instructor Kerry! Kerry has a passion for movement and a commitment to helping people build strength from the inside out, Kerry brings an empowering and personalized approach to Pilates. Drawing from years of experience in fitness and a deep understanding of body mechanics, she helps clients improve their posture, core stability, and overall well-being. What is your favorite class, exercise move, or massage? Favorite move is the teaser. It’s the Pilates version of a ‘ta-da!’ moment. You lift, you balance, and you feel like a rockstar. What is in your earbuds or playing in your car? A playlist that’s got a little bit of music from every decade and maybe some Crime Junkie or Dateline! What do you love doing when you aren’t at SPICE? Hanging out with my family, friends, and dogs is the best—especially when we’re walking in the woods, enjoying time by the water, or having some wine.
