Life lately 💫

Good people, good times & solo times

Really proud of myself lately too. From being 100kg to running races and hitting PBs. It’s nice to look in the mirror and actually appreciate how far I’ve come. Feeling stronger every day (apart from my right side being 20% weaker, so the physio says🤣).

Grateful for the people who show up, the laughs and all the little things that make life good. ❤️

I nearly rejected myself before they ever got the chance to.

I’d wanted to collaborate with @resonanceenergywear for a while.

I loved what they were building with Energy Wear and felt like there was a genuine alignment with what I’m building with GINJAH.

But I never messaged them.

Not because I didn’t want it.

Because as long as I didn’t ask, they couldn’t say no.

Then my partner went behind my back and did the thing I was too scared to do.

She asked.

They said YES.

Fast forward a few days and I’m at the Community Games with @resonanceenergywear , @apxfit_ and a room full of people getting to experience GINJAH.

People trying their first proper strong ginger shot.

Tasting the spices.

Feeling the burn.

Buying bottles.

And I’m standing there talking to the same team I was too scared to even message.

The @resonanceenergywear team showed me nothing but love from the moment I got there and even blessed me with some Resonance wear.

Someone who believed in me took the shot I was too scared to take.

I can’t rely on that happening every time.

You miss 100% of the shots you don’t shoot.
