Before my lipedema extraction surgery I was in a really good place with my workout routine, I looked forward to doing it and I felt stronger everyday. After surgery I had zero motivation to get back into the gym, I made excuses constantly, I told myself that it didn’t matter and I may just never be happy with the way my body looked so what was the point?

Through training with @movewithhill and @katelyn_letitia alongside neurofeedback therapy with @nondietinghealth I am finding my groove again at the gym and learning how to appreciate what my body can do over the way it looks.

If anything I hope this post may serve as encouragement to even just one person to dedicate a little more time to themselves and their health.
