Behind her sultry voice hides a perfectionist Virgo with a serious eye for alignment. With a strong Pilates background and over a decade of Lagree practice, she brings precision, control, and expertise to every class at Sauce Club. 🩷
Sondos has a way of setting your muscles on fire 🌶️ while giggling and joking with you at the same time. Somehow, she makes the struggle feel light-hearted.

5th Lunge - Performed at the back, facing the front. A serious balance challenge 🔥

Expect deep hamstring + glute activation, with your core working overtime to keep you steady.

Xpress Lunge - Also at the back, but facing the back. Primary leg on the platform, secondary on the carriage, fighting resistance the entire time.

We use red cables for support (unless you’re feeling extra spicy 👀).
