East Boulder’s new @eastandcoboulder is not merely a new restaurant. They call themselves a “full-day hospitality destination” and for good reason. They’re also a coffee bar, cocktail lounge, deli counter, marketplace, gameroom, and event space that can host twelve or two hundred.

Walking in, it feels like entering the lobby of a boutique hotel, complete with plenty of sleek lines and beautiful finishes. Because of that, crossing the threshold is an invitation to embrace the vacation mindset: enjoy the latte, buy the souvenir, and maybe order ‘one more’ glass of wine.
All of that is by design. The owners set out to create a place for the people of Boulder to gather, connect, and recharge.

Check out the complete story in the September issue.

We are so excited to welcome Meredith Rowe to our team here at The Agency Denver!

@movewithmere.co

Last year, 70% of Realtors did 0 transactions. Meredith did 22 sides, putting her in the top 1.5% nationally. In a competitive, ever-changing market like Denver, this volume gives her an edge when advising her clients-and she can also back that up with her 5 star reviews. Before real estate, Meredith spent 10 years creating award-winning ads for iconic brands like BMW and Guinness. Now, she harnesses her communication skills, eye for design, and love of project management to help clients evaluate homes. Meredith lived in NY before making Colorado her home, so you can never be too direct with her. She regularly contributes to Boulder and Cherry Creek Lifestyle, and when she isn’t working, you can find her gardening, rock climbing, and enjoying this beautiful state!

Before Curtis Jones @mtsanitasmadhatter could even begin his Tuesday morning hike of Mount Sanitas, a woman approached him excitedly at the trailhead.

“I’ve hiked this dozens of times,” says Susan Brooks. “I really wanted to manifest Curtis this morning!”

This interaction was not a one-off. In fact, over the course of 3.33 miles, we stopped dozens of times so that Jones could reach into his Sanitas-embroidered tote bag to pull out the custom hats he created with Fractel to commemorate his favorite mountain.
Every year, around 375,000 people visit Mt. Sanitas, and in the last year and a half, over 2,500 of them have walked away with this hat. It isn’t sold online or in stores, and the only way to get one is from Jones.

His goal is as simple as it is deeply challenging: to encourage people to be kinder to each other. 🫶🩵⛰️

Our mid-summer issue has officially arrived.
This month, we honor The Colorado Music Festival on our cover for their historic 50th anniversary season, taking an intimate look back at five decades of world-class performances under the Flatirons and exploring the history and artists behind their incredible community legacy. Beyond the stage, this issue is followed by a dawn-to-dusk guide to the perfect Boulder summer day curated by our editorial team alongside locals Italian-born and raised, Davide Giardini, a former professional triathlete, and August Manz, a Niwot High student, mountain biker, and all-around adventurer. For the little ones, we also highlight a hands-on youth summer art project from
Tinker Art Studio and Art Parts, and so much more.

Head to the link in our bio to explore the digital edition.

In an office like ours—consistently one of the top performing Keller Williams offices in Colorado—it’s pretty incredible to see how many agents show up at a high level every single month.

Excited & proud to be part of that list last month.

And even more so to be surrounded by a team that, month after month, continues to raise the standard.

That kind of consistency is what adds up to the bigger picture—and ultimately, better results for the clients we serve.

We think Willow is great, but our clients say it better.

When the Kemps bought their home, they expected the massive renovation. What they didn’t expect was how much time it would take to manage everything after: coordinating vendors, chasing down repairs, remembering every small detail that keeps a home running.

Now their solution is simple: “Let’s just call Elizabeth” - their Home Concierge at Willow.

We handle the scheduling, the troubleshooting, and the behind-the-scenes details so our homeowners can spend less time managing their home, and more quality time together and living in it.
