Coach. Mentor. Friend. Brother. Someone who leaves people better than he found them. Turns out the one word thing is difficult. Asia gets you for a bit. Keep building your legacy. #PickleballForever. #morethanagame

Sacramento APP — what a weekend! 🔥

Women’s Doubles 5.0 got 4th place — MAD experience with you Tiff! Of course we wanted more but there were the best matches and countless craziest points yet haha I’m excited to get back out there with you soon screaming😂 Love our energy! (Thank you Deanna for thinking of me to sub for you last minute!)

Risked to sign up for singles 5.0 and ended up with 🥉
I’m glad I did that led me to meet new talents and learned a lot from you guys!! @cpsidell 🥈 @picklelise14o 🥇

Mixed Doubles 5.0 with Kien @dahokieen — lost first match in our pool and the tournament got canceled due to the rain. Thank you for the invite to play with you em!

Thank you @deannadinks.pb and @bowparanyaj for coming out and support! They saved me from the cramps “Mimi did you drink enough water?” after every match haha

Got to watch Megan fired up in her final match and appreciated a great chat! Thank you @officialmeganfudge 🙌🏾

Takeaways: Yea you can lift and work out everyday in the gym, but I was HUMBLED playing 14 matches (7 doubs, 6 singles, 1 mixed) three days in a row — Respect to all players out there hustling all divisions 🙌🏾🥲 Time for more cardio and the habit of drinking more water..

Home vs. gym for upper body, which is actually better?

Honestly? Neither. What actually builds muscle is pushing yourself close to failure and progressively challenging your body, not which tool you’re holding.

Same exercises work with a band or a dumbbell. So if you’re stuck at home with just bands, you are not getting a lesser workout, you’re just getting it done a different way.

Show up and put in the work with what you’ve got.

Choosing myself again and again❤️

Love myself some GREAT ups and downs on the last slide 🤭

#fitness #fitnessmotivation #loveyourself #health #lifeisgood

30-45min workouts (in between clients) sometimes are more intentional than others🙏🏽

No. I did not track or restrict my food (always still aware and estimate my macros in the day, just eyeballing everything). Priority was always Protein. Enjoy every minute being out with friends 🥳

will always find a way to challenge myself (fitness, sports, mentality wise)

when Pickleball turns cardio into your addiction 😂

🥳🥳🥳
