About Maddy:
Maddy discovered Pilates in 2020, at a time when her training was mostly centered around HIIT, strength work, and running. Pilates training helped Maddy connect to her body on a deeper level in a way no other modality had.

Born and raised just outside of Vancouver, Maddy was a high-level competitive athlete, playing ice hockey at an elite level and training as a 400m hurdler - a foundation that shaped her lifelong relationship with discipline, precision, and movement.

In her sessions, Maddy strives to help clients improve their movement mechanics, connect with correct posture and most importantly, feel their best.

Maddy is certified as a Pilates ACE group fitness instructor and with the Equinox Pilates Training institute.

FUN FOOD FRIDAY TIP!

❓🍎Are you still working from home? And your nutrition has gone to the waste side? Did you know that most people have a medical plan that covers Dietitians?

❓🍎 The last thing on your mind is to cook? And you live in Vancouver or the surrounding cities? Wouldn’t you want a meal plan that is tailored to your needs and wants that is also delicious!

❓🍎 You cannot run before you learn how to crawl right?! You have to take baby steps.

Step 1 Write down all of the nutritional changes of your food pattern that needs improvement.

Step 2 Number them in order of most important to least important.

Step 3 Begin with the first one and change that habit until moving onto to the next item on your list.

You will be more successful this way! Good luck! Please reach out to me for further questions. HTTPS://nutritionatitsbest.com
