Celebrating 4 years with @movewithmonapt 🥳

It's crazy to think that Mona has been with us at Castle Marina for 4 years now, and she has something to say☺️

"From day one to year four – growing, learning, coaching, and building something I’m truly proud of.

So grateful for every member who trusted me and every colleague who supported me

4 years in. Standards higher. Vision clearer. Results louder.

4 years of sweaty classes, sensational atmosphere, belly laughs, and life-changing wins with no regrets.
This gym isn’t just where I work — it’s where we grow and learn self love. That's valentine's day for me❤️"
