Can you bench your bodyweight? 🏋️

A year ago, 40 kg felt hard. After three months out ill this spring, Anthony rebuilt his strength from scratch. Last week: 80 kg, his bodyweight. Today: 82.5 kg… and it didn't go.

That's the lesson. Progress isn't a straight line. Small jumps, recover, go again.

General fitness information, not personalised advice. Always bench heavy with a spotter or safety arms.
