Such an uplifting, therapeutic experience with Marcella @communitytribaldrummers at the Wickerman Gathering 🥁❤️ As Janet @the_rooted_alchemy_practice said afterwards: “Live to the beat of your own drum.” 👏❤️ 📸 @movewithmoyna @maggiemccreations @the_rooted_alchemy_practice

I have returned home from a week of intese practice, teaching and connecting, feeling energised and nourished. ✨🧘 Thank you, @philipxerri for your knowledge and the wonderful opportunity to teach along side you 🙏🏻 Thank you, fellow teachers and yogis on this retreat for your commitment to learning and dedication to self-discovery through the practice. It has been a privilege guiding you and holding space for you 🧡 Looking forward to our next Pranayama Intensive Retreat, stay tuned … 🕉️🕉️🕉️ ‘God breathed the Breath of Life into man and he became a living soul. Now, it is our duty as evolving beings to guard and cherish that Breath of Life as our spiritual treasure. We must deepen it, lengthen it, control it, expand it and become conscious of it and its potentiality linking us with our Highest Nature. That is the real Pranayama, the ancient spiritual Science of Vital Control.’ Swami Gitananda
