And this is exactly why I love Mel! @movewmel__ 😘 She brings the spice, the laughs, the encouragement, and somehow knows exactly how to push you when you’re ready to give up.

But here’s something I want everyone to remember. Pilates isn’t easy, and nobody walks into a class being perfect. We all struggle, we all start somewhere, and we all have room to grow. Every shaky rep, every modification, and every time you choose to keep going is PROGRESS. 💕
