We're proud members of the 5 AM club. Running a small business comes with enough hurdles; worrying about the conditions outside of the front door shouldn't be one of them.

We're up early because we believe place management is a partnership: when our small businesses succeed our whole community thrives. We're here to take care of the ground beneath their feet so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their businesses.

It's 5 AM somewhere...Let's get to work!

Power washing, powered by CDS 🔋

The Mt. Prospect Avenue SID and the Bloomfield Avenue/Lower Broadway SID are delivering critical power washing services.

Our 4000 PSI power washer delivers a powerful blast of hot water to remove the dirt, grease and grime that builds up on sidewalks and restores them to make them shine.✨

It’s one of the ways our special improvement districts preserve property values and improve quality of life for our neighbors, business owners, and visitors.

Power washing sessions are FREE to district stakeholders.
Seasonal service wraps up November 1st. Call 201-918-2426 and speak with Paula Pinto to reserve your spot! 📞

While the rest of the world is just now discovering Newark — the North Ward has been quietly feeding this city with heart, culture, and flavor for decades. Puerto Rican kitchens that feel like home. Salvadoran recipes passed down through generations. Mexican soul food that hits different at midnight. Italian comfort that wraps around you like a warm hug. Caribbean jerk that makes you stop mid-sentence. 🍽️

These aren’t just restaurants. This is community. And June 19–28, we want you at their table.

Swipe through every North Ward special and make a plan to go support. Not just because it’s Restaurant Week — but because local spots deserve to be packed every single day. 👇🏾

More than a World Cup activation — it’s where community becomes connection.

Newark and the world come together at the Newark Fan Village.

North Ward Councilman Anibal Ramos shared his appreciation for this powerful, community-led effort, supported by the City of Newark.

Together, we are stronger. Thank you, Councilman.

A clean district is a welcoming district.

Power washing is one of the most impactful ways we improve our corridors—removing dirt, grease, gum, and buildup that accumulates over time. It’s not just about appearance—it’s about creating a space people feel good walking through, spending time in, and supporting.

What it does:
• Restores sidewalks and storefronts
• Improves safety by reducing slippery surfaces
• Enhances the overall look and feel of the district
• Supports local businesses by creating a more inviting environment

These small, consistent efforts make a big difference in how our districts are experienced every day.

Clean streets. Stronger districts.
