#tbt April 17th 2015 Westside Barbell Strength Clinic. This day improved my training ten fold and introduced me to a great training partner and friend. I've added 80lbs to my squat and 125lbs to my total since this day. My clients always walk away from a meet winning something. If this isn't a better method of training I don't know what is. #bodybyderrick #powerlifting #mindset #lifelessons #lift #squat #benchpress #deadlift

I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts and opinions on this? I personally thing Elite FTS/Metal has the best gear around, but I'd like to see what other people think. Knee sleeves, knee and elbow wraps, bench shirts, squat suits, belts ect. What's everyone think? Tag your friends and share. #Reposting @hellbent_barbell with @instagrab_pic -- For everyone who uses supportive gear. That includes you "raw lifters" yes knee sleeves belts and wraps are gear. Who would you say is the best out there? @elitefts @danielleinzano @mbslingshot #powerlifting #bodybuilding #powerlifter #bodybuilder #benchpress #squats #deadlift #sfw #aintnobitch #SDB #fitfam #gainz #elitefts #inzeradvancedesigns #ironbrotherhood #pr #howmuchyabench #BOB3 #bossofbosses3

Anyone can throw on a bench shirt, but how many people are willing to unrack 1000 lbs in their hands and see if it comes back up?
