Adcc British championships 💩

No medals today, felt like my first fight unfortunately didn’t go my way but there was a weight disadvantage there. My second fight was honestly a mistake I left my arm out (again 🫠)

Back to training to work on those weak areas. Well done to everyone today

As always thank you to my coaches and gyms @sqbjj_ @ippongym

And thank you to my sponsers @wtfcombatapparel for providing the best kit ❤️

Another year, another new beginning: a summer journey starting in June 2018 to work abroad—covering rent while striving to improve my skills and explore the world of BJJ 🌏…🥋🇧🇷🇷🇴🇮🇹🇬🇧💪🤙

I can only thank Professor @mr_ippon for giving me the opportunity to train at @ippongym: a fantastic group of guys with extensive BJJ experience... I hope to have the chance to return one day!

Tanto 4 🥇

First of all what a fight, @tiaraebjj was an incredibly tough opponent and almost had me a few times.

I was loosing for the first half of it stuck in mount for what felt like forever but managed to escape and get the armbar!

I’m extremely grateful to have come away with the win 🥇 today.

To all my coaches at @sqbjj_ @ippongym thank you for everything.

@clb_jj always believing in me in and keeping me calm through that match.

And to @malakaiwhitston thank you for pushing me to always show up and always encouraging me to try something new.

No better feeling than also watching my team mate @amberbjj_ also bring the gold home.

@wtfcombatapparel best sponsers providing me with the best kit. I absolutely love my new set 🫰

Clocked off work and managed to catch the last few rounds of @ippongym’s legendary open mat last night!

Great to see some familiar faces.

Had my camera with me so snapped a few snaps!

Safe to say my NoGi and cardio needs some work. 😅

Long live the Gi. 🥋

Oss!

Competed at pro sport grappling Somerset open today, came home with the double gold 🥇🥇

It’s been a while since I’ve competed and honestly felt a little rusty today, but trying to get back to regular.

I had a challenge with my coach to try different submissions which I managed 2/4 times.

Thank you to all my coaches, teammates, parents and sponsor.

Back to training again tomorrow to work on areas I need to improve on ❤️
