All it took was one relay.

Fair to say after the 2022 relay, things escalated pretty quickly. Best thing about all of this is the fact that I’m not built like a brick anymore. Thanks Niks. 😂

Marathon training pressure can make you forget why you started. Grateful for days like this — easy miles, good chats, and a reminder that running’s meant to be fun #projectgoodforage #runningjourney #marathonprep

Swipe through the highlights from our latest EXALT Run Club. A morning full of movement, connection and community. No stopwatches, no pressure, just good people showing up and making it look easy.

We hit Hyde Park, clocked some feel-good miles, then came back for the real reason we all run – free protein-packed EXALT smoothies and that smug post-run glow.

Next one is locked in for Saturday 26th July at 10AM from EXALT Victoria. All levels welcome, no excuses. Every runner gets a free smoothie. If you’re not signed up, what are you even doing?

Link in bio to claim your spot. Go on, make your Saturday count.

Big love to @rbjpeg_ for the 📸

May, you’ve been non-stop smoothies, sweat, and serious glow-ups. 🌪️💅

From new products and power collabs to fresh faces and future HQ vibes, this month was incredible. If you blinked, here’s what you missed:

1️⃣ EXALT Insiders launched 🧘‍♀️🎥🏋️‍♂️
A new community for wellness warriors, creators, coaches and athletes who want early access, VIP perks and a fridge full of flavour. We’re serving up exclusive content, expert tips and behind-the-scenes wisdom straight from the pros. Wanna join? The form’s waiting in our Linktree.

2️⃣ EXALT x ELEAT collab dropped 🫐🥣
Say hello to Berried On Oats, our dreamy, limited-edition high-protein smoothie that fuelled finishers at the Hackney Half. Creamy, fruity and packed with plant power. It flew off the shelves and had everyone asking for more. Fitness never tasted so good.

3️⃣ Georgia joined the crew 👑💁‍♀️
She’s the queen of events and customer service, basically running the show with a clipboard and a megawatt smile. From sorting stock to running tastings, she’s already making waves and keeping us all in check. We’re seriously lucky to have her.

4️⃣ Pocket Rocket launched 🚀💣
Tiny bottle, massive energy. Our new energy shot has officially landed, loaded with 185mg of natural caffeine to give your day a serious kickstart. It’s already a go-to for early risers, late workers and anyone needing a clean, powerful lift without the crash.

5️⃣ New HQ loading… 🏢👀
The team scoped out our future home and it’s a beast. Think more space, bigger fridges, a loading dock (finally), and even more room to scale what we do best. It’s the start of something big and we can’t wait to show you more.

May = major moves. June, we hope you’re ready 😎💪
